Exchange and return policy

Warranty Policy:

  • All devices are covered by the authorized dealer warranty , and the original invoice must be kept for presentation when needed.
  • Warranty does not include: consumable parts that wear out with use.
  • Any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Using non-original inks or parts will void the entire warranty .

Exchange and return policy:

  • The goods must be in their original condition without any damage or use.
  • Returns are available within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exchange is available within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  • Non-returnable or exchangeable products: Opened or used products.
  • Products sold by the meter after cutting .

How to request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact customer service within the specified period.
  2. Provide the original invoice and explain the reason for the request.
  3. Return the product to the store after confirming the order.
  4. After inspection, the replacement or refund process will be carried out according to the conditions.
